CMS Administrators

To manage the webmasters of your website, access the Administrators option in the top navigation menu of the CMS interface then click CMS Administrators.

Tip
Click on the tabs to access different settings areas. You can recognize which tab you are on by color association, e.g., if you click on the orange tab, all the boxes located right beneath the tab bar will turn orange.

The Administrators tab: appoint webmasters on access levels

Use the Add New Record button located in the upper-right corner of the list box to create a new admin profile.

Use these buttons to:

 - order the admin list ascending or descending.

 - trigger the log section of any admin.

 - delete any admin.

 - trigger the edit section of any admin.

Important
The first admin profile does not have a delete button. We removed it for security reasons, so that none of the appointed webmasters could hijack the website.

The My Profile tab: edit your info and login credentials

Use the Edit/Save buttons located in the upper-right corner of the section to change your first name, last name, username, email and/or password.

The Admin Logs tab: monitor the activity of your webmasters

Use the Search option located right above the list box to find admin logs by email, username, date range, URL/Referrer and/or by IP.

Use these buttons to:

 - order the admin log list ascending or descending.

 - trigger the detail section of any admin log.
