Emails & Mailing Server

To configure your mailing server, email templates and email logs, access the Settings option in the top navigation menu of the CMS interface then click Emails & Mailing Server.

Tip
Click on the tabs to access different settings areas. You can recognize which tab you are on by color association, e.g., if you click on the orange tab, all the boxes located right beneath the tab bar will turn orange.

The functions of these buttons are universal in any list box:

 - orders the item list ascending or descending.

 - deletes any item.

 - triggers the edit section of any item.

The Mailing Servers tab: edit and test settings

Use the Add New Record button located in the upper-right corner of the list box to create a new mailing server.

The Emails tab: manage email templates

Use the Add New Record button located in the upper-right corner of the list box to create a new email template.

Use the Mass Search & Replace Email Address button located in the upper-right corner of the list box to change a hard-coded email address (e.g., name@yoursite.com) in all email templates.

 - use this button to duplicate any email template, in case you don't want to customize one from scratch.

The Failed Emails & Sent Emails tabs

Use the Search option located right above the list box to find failed or sent emails by recipient, sender, subject, body, date range and/or by template code.

Use the Flush Errors button located in the upper-right corner of the list box to delete all email logs.

 - use this button to trigger the detail section of any email log.
