Emails & Mailing Servers

This is where you can configure the mailing servers, edit email templates and review logs of failed & sent emails.

Click the tabs to access different settings and content areas. You can recognize which tab you are on by color association, e.g. if you click the red tab, all the boxes below the tab bar will be red.

The actions of these buttons are universal in any list box:

- orders the item list ascending or descending (click the column titles).

- deletes any item.

- triggers the edit section of any item.

Mailing Servers tab

Use the Add New button located in the upper-right corner of the list box to create a new mailing server.

Templates tab

Use the Add New button located in the upper-right corner of the list box to create a new email template.

Use the Mass Search & Replace Email Address button located in the upper-right corner of the list box to change a hard-coded email address (e.g. name@yoursite.com) in all email templates.

 - use this button to duplicate any email template, in case you don't want to customize one from scratch.

Failed Emails & Sent Emails tabs

Use the Search option located right above the list box to find failed or sent emails by recipient, sender, subject, body, date range or by template code.

Use the Flush All button located in the upper-right corner of the list box to delete all email logs.

 - use this button to trigger the details section of any email log.
